I am a property host - how does it work?
Simply apply to join. Once an approved SBI property you will have access to our curated range of products from makers and creators across the UK.
Once you have chosen your items, you can purchase these at trade prices.
SBI will provide unique QR codes for each item and a product brochure for your guests.
QR codes are applied to items for customers to scan and order from using their camera phone or accessing the SBI website and using a unique code for your property.
You will earn commission from any sales and the items are sent directly to the customer from the maker & creator. Ths will be processed using the secure money transfer provider PayPal.
There is small yearly subscription fee to join the community.
I am a maker & creator - how does it work?
Simply apply to join. Once an approved SBI maker you will be able to set up your SBI shop to sell to properties and customers acrosss the UK.
Property hosts will order from the range at trade prices.
Customers will order directly through the website. SBI will take a commission from each sale in line with the trade pricing agreed.
There is small yearly subscription fee to join the community.
Sales are generated from property hosts and guests staying at the venues.
All orders will be placed through SBI and fulfilled by the maker and shipped directly to the customer.
