Shipping policy

Makers Shipping Policy 

Makers are responsible for packaging and dispatching their sold items to customers. Ensuring that your buyers receive their orders.

We request that all makers:

1. Provide accurate product weight information so that the correct shipping costs can be calculated.

2. Advise processing times for items within the product details.

3. Dispatch items promptly within 14 days of receipt of the order. Please contact shopbuyinspouk@gmail.com if there are any delays so that we may contact the customer.

4. Dispatch the items to the shipping address advised on the order. 

Please note, in the event of an order not arriving with the customer, proof of dispatch will be required. If a refund is provided to the customer, the cost of this will be the responsibility of the maker. Only in special circumstances with shopbuyinspo provide funding. We aim to work to support all makers and will investigate all shipping enquiries.
